For the past 20 years, Anne has served International, National and local clients in the area of real estate law.  While she currently resides in The Oaks, Anne lived in Downtown Sarasota for over 20 years, in several condominiums, such as, Beau Ciel, The Ritz Carlton, Grande Riviera, Bella Sara and 888.

Anne moved to Siesta Key, over thirty years ago with her parents, Stanley and Janice Weintraub, but later graduated from Sarasota High School, University of South Florida and Stetson College of Law. She has served on University of South Florida's Campus Board, Stetson University College of Law's Board of Overseers, Boys and Girls Club, Sarasota, Josh Provides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation, and proudly supports many local non-profits, including All Faiths Food Bank, The Arts, Health and Human Services, Gulf Coast Community Foundation, Patterson Foundation, Sarasota Community Foundation.

Anne has also been quoted as a trusted real estate source for years in national, regional, and local publications, such as Barrons, The Tampa Bay Times, Sarasota Magazine, Sarasota Herald Tribune, and served as a legal commentator on ABC-7 for four years, answering the Public's questions after she authored the handbook for a local court order after the foreclosure crisis, in her capacity as an attorney.

Recently, she served the community in the after-math of Helene and Milton, volunteering at the Disaster Recovery Center in Downtown Sarasota and worked with FEMA, State and local organizations to help Florida Citizens who lost some, or all of their real property during the storm.
